Description

Business Analysts are sought for banking-sector projects. You will collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, model processes using BPMN/UML, and collaborate with business and IT teams to implement solutions supporting digital services.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Lead workshops and alignment activities with business stakeholders

• Model business processes using BPMN and UML

• Prepare user stories, use cases, and project documentation

• Work with architects, developers, and testers

• Participate in business testing and acceptance testing

• Analyze the impact of changes on business processes and banking systems

• Provide business and technology recommendations

• Support digital transformation initiatives and development of electronic channels

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience in the financial or banking sector (mandatory)

• Practical knowledge of business analysis methods

• Experience working with business and functional requirements

• Knowledge of BPMN and UML

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum

• Ability to collaborate with business and IT teams

• Very good communication skills
