Description

Work with an agile correspondence team to analyze, refine, and implement the Product Owner’s requirements for a modern digital communications solution for a bank customer and their support staff.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and elaborate the Product Owner’s requirements

• Refine and specify requirements for the development team

• Collaborate with the UX designer to further refine UX/UI concepts

• Create and develop business/domain concepts

• Present solution approaches and concepts to business stakeholders and customers

• Support delivery through domain guidance and testing

• Work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment

Requirements

• Several years of experience as Business Analyst in banking/financial services

• Solid knowledge of banking processes and requirements

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities

• Experience with requirements analysis and specification for development teams

• Understanding of UX/UI topics and collaboration with design teams

• Very good communication and presentation skills

• Independent, structured, and proactive working style

• Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) preferred

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
