Description

Work as an experienced Business Analyst in an international project environment to develop and maintain business systems and processes in a bank. You will analyze business needs and processes, prepare analytical documentation, assess data quality and its effect on processes, and collaborate with business and IT teams on designing and implementing changes in an Agile model. The role also offers an opportunity to grow toward a Product Owner track.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of system analysis methods
• Experience creating documentation and modeling processes in BPMN
• Higher education
• English at C1 level
• Experience working in an international environment
• Very good communication, independence, and ability to prioritize
