Description

You will collaborate with business owners and IT teams to define the vision for system development and translate business needs into concrete system requirements. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, verify alignment with the target architecture, and support functional and integration testing including data conversion and authorization model work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define the system development vision

• Work closely with developers, analysts, and testers on delivery projects

• Analyze business processes in the corporate banking domain

• Elicit business requirements and prepare change specifications for IT systems

• Verify changes against the system architecture

• Prepare functional specifications for IT systems

• Plan and perform functional, integration, data conversion, and authorization model testing

• Use and improve tools that support functional testing

Requirements

• University degree in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, or similar)

• Knowledge of requirement elicitation approaches and functional specification creation

• Practical experience defining, describing, and modifying business processes and data models

• Practical experience delivering IT projects, especially custom application development

• Practical experience delivering integration and migration projects

• Practical experience executing tests: functional, integration, data conversion/reconciliation, authorization model

• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)

• Motivation to work with end users (requirements gathering, functional/technical analysis, process analysis)

• Good command of English

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Willingness to improve competencies and learn areas/tools used in modern SDLC

• Experience working in Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
