Description

You will act as the main link between business stakeholders and the delivery team, documenting current and target states, modeling processes, and translating business needs into requirements, well-defined user stories, and a refined product backlog. The goal is to ensure solutions align with customer needs, business objectives, and quality standards while working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the client’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and stakeholder requirements

• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria

• Align, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog

• Ensure backlog items are clear and ready for development

• Make decisions on scope, priorities, and trade-offs

• Collaborate with client teams, development, UX/UI, QA, and Scrum Master/Product Manager

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demos

• Accept or reject completed work against acceptance criteria

• Ensure delivered features meet business goals, user needs, and quality expectations

• Support release planning and go-to-market activities when applicable

• Drive product improvements using data, feedback, and KPIs

• Drive ongoing process improvements across teams and workflows

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in BA/Product Management role or similar in an Agile environment

• Production/manufacturing experience (required), preferably in Chemistry or Food Industry

• Proven experience delivering complex IT/software products and projects

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the full product development lifecycle

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

• Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user needs

• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
