Description

You will deliver, install, and keep operational a network of self-serve coffee stations with freshly ground coffee. The job includes configuring new coffee machines and payment terminals, diagnosing and fixing faults, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with partners on-site and by phone. You will also document each intervention in the system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stations using a company van and install them at partner locations

• Set up new coffee machines and payment terminals; commission the stations

• Diagnose failures, perform repairs, and carry out preventive service

• Communicate with partners and franchisees on-site and by phone to explain issues and schedule service

• Log installations and service actions in the system (what/where/when and what was wrong)

• Travel across the Czech Republic; most days are home-based, with some long trips (e.g., to Moravia)

• Follow daily assignments from operations; report to one supervisor

Requirements

• Experience with servicing coffee machines, vending/automatic machines, catering equipment, or electrical equipment; or strong technical skills with fast learning

• Driving license B; safe driving and willingness to travel

• Ability to handle heavier equipment (installation won’t be done alone)

• Representative communication with people; partner-facing presence

• Reliability and punctuality; contact partners early when problems occur

• Have or be willing to obtain IČO

Compensation (as stated)

• 30,000 CZK/month (IČO)

• 1,000+ CZK per installed station that runs for 14 days without a complaint

• 3,000–5,000 CZK/month for meeting response-time requirements and partner satisfaction

• 2,000 CZK for a tip leading to a new signed location
