Description

Install and configure camera systems and videointercoms for customers, and deliver IT/security projects on-site. Build, install, and service optical and copper networks, provide technical support, and diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems. The role combines field work with technical support at the company branch and involves direct customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure camera systems and videointercoms at customer sites

• Build, install, and service optical and copper networks

• Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical requests

• Deliver customer projects in IT and security technologies

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Combine on-site field work with support from the branch

• Communicate with customers and propose effective technical solutions

Requirements

• Secondary education in electrical engineering

• Electrotechnical competence per NV 194/2022 Sb. (advantage)

• Basic knowledge of computer networks and hardware

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

• Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel in Prague and nearby Central Bohemian areas

• Technical thinking, independence, and problem-solving abilities

• Interest in modern technologies and willingness to keep learning

• Communicative nature and customer-focused approach
