Description

You will install and service payment and turnstile systems, starting by working with an experienced colleague and then performing tasks independently. In addition to field work, you will provide remote technical support and communicate with customers via helpdesk. You may also test newly manufactured devices in production and help improve the solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service payment and turnstile systems in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

• Travel to customer sites (frequently aquaparks and pools)

• Provide remote technical support when not in the field

• Handle customer communication via helpdesk

• Test new devices in production and assist in improving solutions

Requirements

• Completed electrical engineering education

• Professional qualification per NV No. 194/2022 Coll.

• Ability to communicate with customers

• Manual dexterity, carefulness, and responsibility

• Valid driver’s license category B

• Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and Slovakia
