Description

You will be responsible for IT-supported, SAP S/4HANA-based business processes and the associated applications for end users. The role includes monitoring process activities, initiating process optimization measures, supporting tests, and helping with the technical and business acceptance of system changes. You will also contribute to building a structured knowledge database and take part in IT and digitalization projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage operational IT-enabled business processes (e.g., logistics, production, purchasing) and the related specialist applications for end users

• Actively monitor process activities and initiate measures to optimize processes

• Conduct process-related tests and support technical and business acceptance of system changes

• Contribute to building and expanding a knowledge database for consistent answers to recurring requests

• Participate in IT and digitalization projects with specialist departments and service providers

• Take part in on-call duty (rufbereitschaften)

Requirements

• Completed FH degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Digitalization, or comparable qualification

• Experience in SAP application support and process management

• Knowledge of current digitalization and technology trends

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori

• Strong communication skills

• Very good German (written and spoken) and good English skills
