Description

Lead end-to-end SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation and development projects, including potential migration projects from ECC to S/4HANA. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, and coordinate SAP teams with business stakeholders and external vendors. Collaborate with SAP architects to support solution and component selection.

Responsibilities

• Run and coordinate SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA implementation and development projects
• Lead and coordinate SAP migration initiatives
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control
• Prepare project plans, schedules, status materials, reports, and action plans
• Collaborate with SAP architects on solution and component selection
• Coordinate SAP consultants, ABAP developers, testers, and external suppliers
• Monitor execution against scope and schedule
• Manage communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Identify risks, dependencies, and project issues and drive corrective actions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in SAP projects
• Practical experience leading SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA projects
• Knowledge and practical use of SAP Activate and ASAP
• End-to-end project management experience
• Experience managing cross-disciplinary SAP teams
• Ability to manage budget, schedule, risks, change, and stakeholders
• At least one recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, SAFe)
• English language proficiency at least B1
