Description

Lead a hybrid business and IT rollout team in an international transformation program deploying an integrated Salesforce and SAP template across multiple countries. Implement SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce, present processes and functionalities to business units, identify gaps, and guide teams to go-live. Plan and coordinate resources and data migration in collaboration with process teams and internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hybrid business and IT rollout team in a dynamic international environment

• Implement SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce across global Sales & Service sites using a centrally integrated template

• Work with consultants to present innovative processes and functionalities to business units, identify gaps, and drive successful go-live

• Identify required resources and coordinate with expert teams for smooth execution

• Plan data migration in close collaboration with process teams

• Collaborate with parallel rollout teams, internal functional consultants, and external implementation partners in classically managed teams

• Coordinate with program and change management stakeholders and report to program leadership

Requirements

• Degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or comparable field

• Several years of experience managing complex IT implementation projects, or key role in at least 2–3 rollout projects

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or SAP S/4 ERP; ideally certified in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI)

• Experience working with international teams and external implementation partners (nice to have)

• Open, trustworthy working style with strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and hands-on mentality

• Confident English communication (written and spoken)
