Description

You will participate in SAP S/4HANA project workshops, help describe business needs, evaluate the implementation partner’s proposals, and test the delivered solution. After go-live, you will connect users, IT, and the partner to resolve problems and implement further changes. The role includes translating user workflows into clear requirements, running and validating tests, and supporting user onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops and represent JUSDA needs
• Document current workflows and requirements for the new system
• Review vendor proposals and assess operational impacts
• Maintain tracking of requirements, decisions, and open items
• Prepare test scenarios and test data based on real workflows
• Test system configuration, interfaces, and end-to-end process dependencies
• Record defects, coordinate with the vendor for fixes, and verify corrections
• Support user preparation and transition to production
• After go-live: support key users and troubleshoot system issues
• Collect and clarify requirements for changes
• Propose improvements to simplify work and reduce errors
• Coordinate changes with IT and the vendor and test before release
• Maintain work instructions and train users
• Participate in additional SAP development projects for JUSDA Europe

Requirements

• Experience with SAP as a key user, process analyst, tester, or consultant
• Knowledge of at least one domain: warehousing, logistics, purchasing, sales, or finance
• Ability to turn user needs into clear requirements and verifiable tests
• Diligence in documenting agreements, checking results, and resolving issues
• Ability to ask questions and raise concerns when a design does not match operational needs
• Czech and English for working with colleagues and the implementation partner
