Description

Supervise and manage critical IT programs and projects, providing technical advice and operational control to support mission accomplishment. Develop and update Civilian Human Resources (CHR) systems and applications, applying Life-Cycle Management (LCM) and Configuration Management (CM) standards to maintain system integrity and compliant documentation. Assess customer information system requirements and provide technical guidance to improve adoption of HR-related tools.

• Provide technical advice to support mission and operational goals
• Develop and modify project plans
• Identify customer information system requirements
• Evaluate, monitor, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Determine appropriate products or services with clients/customers

Requirements

• US citizenship
• 1 year of specialized experience demonstrating IT project execution, CHR system/application development, LCM/CM standards application, technical guidance and user support, and strategic IT planning supporting enterprise data and voice architecture decisions
• Experience must demonstrate competencies in: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving
• No education substitution for experience
• Background investigation suitability/fitness determination required
