Description

Design, build, and optimize distributed AI platform components to improve availability, performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. Lead incident-management efforts to reduce Time to Detect (TTD), Time to Mitigate (TTM), and Time to Resolve (TTR), and build automated validation frameworks and test suites. Develop platform services and internal tooling, using production telemetry and observability to debug complex issues and prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize components of distributed AI platforms

• Lead incident management and engineer solutions that reduce TTD/TTM/TTR

• Build and scale automated validation frameworks and regression-detection test suites

• Implement GPU and compute fleet optimizations for improved utilization, throughput, and operational efficiency

• Develop platform services, internal tools, and automation to streamline engineering workflows and raise code quality

• Write production code and build telemetry/observability tools to debug complex system issues and prevent recurrence

• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and lead multi-team initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C/C++/C#/Java/JavaScript/Python (or equivalent)

• Experience reading, writing, and debugging production code across large, complex codebases for internet-scale services, distributed systems, or compute platforms

• Experience building automated validation frameworks and developer-productivity tools

• Experience serving as a technical lead, mentoring engineers, and executing multi-team engineering initiatives

• Experience with AI training and inference infrastructure and reliability measures such as TTD, TTM, and TTR
