Description

Build and ship features for a foundational identity platform that helps organizations and AI agents understand and manage access. You’ll take projects from design (data model) to implementation (API, UI) and production rollout, owning what you launch. You’ll collaborate with customers, design, and product to decide what’s worth building while maintaining high standards for code quality and operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Take high-impact projects through to production
• Build features end-to-end and own them after launch
• Make architecture, scope, and tradeoff decisions independently
• Work with customers, design, and product to define worthwhile work
• Contribute to code quality, system design, and operational reliability

Requirements

• Experience building and operating real production systems
• Comfort moving across the stack and knowing when to go deep
• Execution-focused mindset (ship over debate)
• Clear communication, especially in writing
• Effective use of AI tools to improve engineering productivity
