Description

Forward Deployed Engineer role focused on delivering customized, AI-driven solutions by integrating LLMs into existing enterprise systems and workflows. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to take solutions from requirements gathering through production deployment, including troubleshooting and adoption support.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify workflow challenges, and recommend AI-driven solutions.

• Design, develop, and integrate LLM-powered applications into existing enterprise workflows.

• Own end-to-end implementation: environment setup, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and rollback planning.

• Work within existing enterprise technology stacks and architecture.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve adoption challenges faced by business users.

• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and production-ready.

• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Communicate project progress, identify risks, and proactively recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Prior Forward Deployed Engineer or similar customer-facing engineering experience delivering technical solutions.

• Hands-on AI/LLM integration experience with business applications and workflows.

• Strong full-stack development experience, including backend development, APIs, and frontend applications.

• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and SAML/SSO enterprise integrations.

• Strong SQL, data mapping, and data migration skills.

• Experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configuration.

• Ability to identify root causes, debug production issues, implement fixes, and validate solutions.

• Understanding of access controls and sensitive data protection aligned with enterprise security requirements.

• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of technical delivery.

• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfort working onsite and collaborating directly with client teams.
