Description

You will own technical delivery of agentic AI use cases from the first discovery workshop to stable production systems. You will build agents and integrations on top of HubSpot, ERP, and data platforms, with systematic evaluations, monitoring, and clear acceptance criteria. You will ensure go-live readiness by meeting GDPR and EU AI Act requirements and by debugging in real client environments until the solution works.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery from discovery to stable production
• Build agents and integrations on top of HubSpot, ERP, and data platforms with evaluations and monitoring
• Debug in real client environments until the solution works, then hand over to Managed Services
• Turn recurring needs into reusable connectors, MCP servers, agent templates, and evaluation tooling
• Ensure every deployment meets GDPR and EU AI Act requirements before go-live
• Translate between business and technology, explaining trade-offs in German and documenting in English
• Support consultants and sales with technical scoping and rapid proofs of concept

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including taking at least one AI or LLM system to production
• Hands-on experience with RAG, tool use, or MCP, plus systematic evaluation of LLM output
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating business systems (CRM/ERP/data platforms)
• Experience working with client/business stakeholders to understand problems and define scope
• German at C1 level or higher and fluent English
• Willingness to work two days per week from the Böblingen office and travel across DACH
