Description

You will design and build production-grade applications powered by LLM and GenAI for strategic enterprise clients. The role blends Senior/Staff Software Engineering, GenAI Engineering, and Solution Architect responsibilities, covering the full delivery lifecycle—from business needs and architecture to implementation, deployment, and production optimization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to identify opportunities for AI and GenAI in business processes

• Design and develop production LLM-based applications

• Build end-to-end solutions spanning backend, frontend, APIs, integrations, and AI pipelines

• Architect AI-native systems and make key technology decisions

• Develop solutions based on the Now Platform

• Integrate language models with client systems, including legacy environments

• Use LangChain, Semantic Kernel, RAG, Vector Search, and prompt engineering

• Lead deployments and test/optimize solutions in production environments

• Ensure performance, security, reliability, and monitoring of delivered systems

• Create reusable shared libraries, SDKs, templates, and architectural patterns

• Share deployment insights with product and platform teams and contribute to the AI platform

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Software Engineering experience, including at least 2 years in customer-facing or embedded roles

• Practical experience designing and deploying production AI/LLM solutions

• Strong backend knowledge: Python, Node.js, or Java

• Frontend experience, especially React or Angular

• Knowledge of REST APIs or GraphQL and distributed systems architecture

• Practical experience with LLM toolchains/frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt chaining, Vector Search, context management)

• Experience integrating language models into business/client systems

• Ability to independently design, build, and deploy complete AI solutions

• Ability to understand client business needs and make architectural decisions

• Ability to build scalable and reusable solutions

• English proficiency: C1
