Description

Build scalable, maintainable software features across multiple architectures (including microservices, DDD/CQRS, and event-driven systems) for healthcare-focused products. Lead innovation, optimize performance for large-scale transactional processing, and elevate code quality through rigorous testing and modern development best practices. Use AI-assisted development tools to improve decision-making and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, scalable, maintainable software features across a variety of architectures
• Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and peers to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Analyze technical challenges and bottlenecks; author technical documentation to improve performance
• Facilitate code reviews and advocate for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; champion modern best practices
• Use AI tools/coding copilots as part of daily workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4–6 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Authorization to work in the United States
