Description

Perform EMG and nerve conduction studies as a primary part of your practice while diagnosing, treating, and managing neurological and neuromuscular conditions. Work in a coordinated, multidisciplinary environment with experienced clinical staff and formal mentorship as you develop your electrodiagnostic expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform EMG and nerve conduction studies

• Diagnose and manage neurological and neuromuscular conditions

• Evaluate neuropathy, radiculopathy, entrapment neuropathies, myasthenia gravis, ALS, and myopathies

• Provide neurological evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up care

• Work with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing teams in a multidisciplinary setting

• Support preventive care and long-term neurological management

Requirements

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

• Fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology or Neuromuscular Medicine with EMG experience

• Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one

• Active DEA registration or eligibility

• New graduates/fellowship graduates encouraged
