Description

Provide compassionate outpatient nephrology care through consultations to diagnose illnesses, evaluate kidney function, and manage kidney-related conditions. Recommend dialysis when appropriate, administer medications, and refer patients to surgeons. Contribute to preventive and primary care for an underserved outpatient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to diagnose illnesses

• Evaluate kidneys to determine treatment

• Refer patients to surgeons

• Treat and manage kidney-related conditions

• Recommend dialysis

• Administer medication

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Medicine

• BC/BE Internal Medicine

• Graduate of an accredited Nephrology training program

• Excellent organizational skills
