Description

Provide evidence-informed medical and interventional pain management for elective and urgent consultations, assessing patients according to best-practice standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform most interventions using fluoroscopy or ultrasound as clinically indicated, and collaborate with paramedical clinicians and other physicians for multidisciplinary interventional pain management. Maintain ongoing professional development and complete timely documentation and visit claims data in the clinic EMR.

Requirements

• M.D. degree
• Board Eligible or Board-Certified physician
• Accepting new graduates
• License in good standing; ability to obtain New York registration and licensing
• Strong diplomacy, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with patients, clinical staff, operations support teams, and other physicians
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and positive bedside manner
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from the management team
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and clinic staff
