Description

Own the day-to-day operation and evolution of the client portal, CRM, and internal applications. Drive modernization, automation, and integrations while mapping and optimizing operational processes—from onboarding and client support to launch preparation for new products. Lead priorities and projects to deliver concrete operational and IT outcomes, ensuring stability, security, and continuity of IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop IT systems (client portal, CRM, internal applications)
• Identify opportunities to modernize, automate, and integrate systems
• Coordinate the internal operations team and external suppliers
• Ensure stability, security, and continuity of IT operations
• Map and optimize operational processes, from client onboarding to client support
• Identify manual and inefficient activities and introduce automation
• Find practical uses for AI to simplify and speed up processes
• Set up operational processes for new products and services
• Lead the operations team, set priorities, and plan capacity
• Work closely with company leadership and other teams
• Deliver projects with concrete results

Requirements

• Real experience with IT systems development and/or operations
• Technical understanding to discuss solutions with developers, analysts, and vendors
• Experience managing IT projects, implementations, or IS development
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, databases, APIs, and system integrations
• Experience analyzing and optimizing processes, ideally including automation
• Experience leading a small team, planning capacity, and managing priorities
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical or process solutions
• Practical decision-making even with incomplete information
• Preferred: fintech/financial services/payment systems experience
• Preferred: experience using AI meaningfully in real operations
