Description

You will lead the development team and ensure solutions make it into real production operations—covering everything from architecture to deployment for clients. The position also owns technology direction and product/integration roadmaps (including AI initiatives), while handling release operations, stability (L3 incidents), and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Technically lead the development team: priority setting, sprint planning, defining and reviewing deliverables, code reviews, standards, testing, and reducing technical debt.
• Develop people: 1:1s, onboarding, technical interviews; align capacity with the delivery manager.
• Define technology direction and architecture; maintain product and integration roadmaps (including the AI agenda).
• Implementation & operations integration: technical analysis, configuration, ERP/e-shop/carrier integrations, data migration, technical guidance of deployments, and being the main contact for clients.
• Operations & stability: release management, change control, release notes, L3 incident resolution and root-cause analysis; coordinate with server administration and support leadership.
• Secure development: access management, protection of customer data, dependency and vulnerability checks, and preparation of audit materials (TISAX).
• When the IT director is unavailable, provide technical coordination for day-to-day decisions with operations teams and vendors.

Requirements

• Senior software development experience; ability to lead a team and drive outcomes to completion.
• Experience with software architecture design and with system-to-system integrations (ERP, e-shop, carriers).
• Awareness of operations and release management, and basics of secure software development.
• Strong technical and people-oriented communication—comfortable speaking with clients and operations.
• Advantage: Experience with WMS, enterprise systems, or logistics.
