Description

You will take responsibility for Volnamista.cz, a job listing service with around 36,000 job postings, and evolve it into a recruitment service where candidates can be reached directly without browsing the catalog. You’ll bring business thinking, propose ideas, and turn them into measurable outcomes using an AI-first workflow. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, fast validation through prototypes and experiments, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and its roadmap direction

• Continue and shape the prepared development strategy for Volná místa

• Set priorities, identify new opportunities, and track real business impact

• Develop and improve monetization

• Improve candidate–employer matching and offer more relevant job opportunities

• Use AI across the product lifecycle (requirements, analysis, prototyping, testing)

• Collaborate with other product managers, developers, business development, and commercial teams

• Validate ideas with data, simple prototypes, and experiments

Requirements

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in product management for digital services

• Ideally, experience with a service that has its own business model

• Understanding of how products create value for both users and the business

• Ability to think about monetization, pricing, and how a two-sided marketplace works

• Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate teams without direct managerial authority

• Data-driven mindset: validate hypotheses and evaluate the impact of decisions

• Use AI in your work already or have a genuine desire to learn how AI can support analysis, prototyping, testing, and daily decisions

• Independence, priority setting, and ability to move the product forward even when you don’t have all capacity in your team
