Description

You will strengthen product development for AI search and question/text understanding, with an emphasis on improving Czech-language handling such as query fixes, declension, and synonyms. You will be responsible for defining product direction, writing clear requirements, planning sprints, and prioritizing work based on data-driven evaluation of features and models. The goal is to turn opportunities into well-executed projects from analysis to launch and continued growth.

Requirements

• Experience building product strategy
• Experience with roadmapping and sprint planning
• Ability to write clear, understandable requirements and set priorities
• Real product ownership (not only collecting requests)
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Analytical skills for evaluating functions/models, estimating potential, and making data-informed decisions
• Proficiency in metrics and ability to request, analyze, and present the right data (with clear charts)
• Ability to independently identify and solve problems and lead toward goals
• Excellent knowledge of Czech (case endings, query corrections, synonyms, and other language phenomena)
