Description

Lead the Rail Integrations team to define integration strategy and scale onboarding of carriers across 70+ countries. Own the end-to-end roadmap and deliver automation and scalable infrastructure that reduce time-to-live and unlock new markets. Work with C-level stakeholders and engineering to execute high-stakes partner integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Technical Product Managers and Integration Analysts

• Define partner integration strategy for large-scale rail integrations

• Turn integrations into a competitive advantage through automation and infrastructure improvements

• Own the integration roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization and feature delivery

• Lead high-stakes carrier partnerships with C-level stakeholders

• Challenge and improve how integrations are scoped, executed, and measured

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years on technical or API products

• Owned the full lifecycle of an integration product

• Strong technical fluency with APIs (documentation, schema decisions, edge cases)

• Experience scoping and delivering B2B integrations with external partners/enterprise clients

• Clear stakeholder communication across executives and engineering teams

• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous scopes and drive rigorous execution

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
