Description

You will lead projects for developing and maintaining system integrations between ERP, logistics, courier systems, and the Base platform. You will build and automate data flows using Python-based APIs and scripts, diagnose integration issues using logs and SQL, and coordinate developers with code reviews and planning. The role also includes modernizing solutions, including AI-supported improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations for ERP, logistics, courier services, and the Base platform

• Create Python APIs, endpoints, and scripts; automate data and business process flows

• Develop features and tools supporting customer service, logistics, warehouse, and sales

• Diagnose integration failures using logs, SQL queries, and API documentation; restore correct integration behavior

• Monitor integrations and collaborate with system owners and vendors to resolve technical problems

• Coordinate developers: split tasks, perform code reviews, provide technical support, and maintain quality standards

• Plan and implement changes considering system dependencies, risks, tests, and rollback options

• Prepare unit tests and integration tests; support business acceptance

• Create technical documentation and maintenance procedures; handle knowledge transfer

• Modernize existing solutions and implement improvements, including with AI

• Collaborate with the architect, PO/PM, and the project team to set priorities and manage tasks in Jira

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in programming, integrating systems, and deploying/maintaining production solutions

• Practical Python skills

• API experience: REST, HTTP, JSON

• SQL knowledge

• Data synchronization experience (mapping, validation, duplicate handling, retries, and safe process resumption)

• Ability to learn system architecture and take over additional integrations (ERP/POS/Base/e-commerce and sales-warehouse processes are a plus)

• Experience coordinating developers technically and working with business stakeholders

• Ability to use AI in day-to-day programming

• Independence from requirements analysis to deployment; ownership of quality, timelines, and early risk communication
