Description

You will own the Rail Integrations product in the Supply domain, responsible for onboarding rail carriers by integrating external systems, harmonizing data structures, and building carrier-focused revenue opportunities. The role focuses on scaling through innovation and automation, extending existing capabilities, and driving onboarding scope—especially as it expands across Asia. You’ll also lead strategic decisions and support process improvements across the team.

Responsibilities

• Extend functionalities to unlock new opportunities
• Automate and innovate existing rail inventory via an API product
• Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers; expand scope across Asia
• Lead and challenge strategic decisions
• Improve team processes (e.g., Jira, reporting)
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level contacts

Requirements

• Rail industry experience
• Hands-on experience with PICO API, OSDM, or other European rail carrier/transportation standards
• 4+ years of professional product management experience with hands-on technical exposure (APIs/data products)
• Strong track record influencing stakeholders without direct authority, including at C-level
• Cross-functional experience across product, process, project, and people management
• Technical/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
