Description

Drive and coordinate multiple Data initiatives as part of a major Data transformation, including redesigning the Data Warehouse and implementing a Data Lake to support the bank’s future Data/AI strategy. You will federate teams across service divisions, coordinate project work transversely, challenge project leaders, and bring key data topics, risks, and progress to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach project managers across different service divisions

• Coordinate and oversee multiple Data projects

• Provide regular reporting on project progress

• Present status updates to internal stakeholders

• Coordinate Data projects transversely between divisions

• Proactively escalate key information, risks, and advancements

• Contribute to defining and deploying the Data/AI strategy for the service

• Communicate team work and results to leadership

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in managing Data projects

• Excellent relationship-building and ability to challenge teams

• Very strong communication skills

• Comfortable with presentations and storytelling

• Banking sector experience is a plus

• French is mandatory
