Description

You will provide IT support to end users with different emphases depending on the site. In Hamburg, the role focuses on onsite/field service support—solving technical issues directly at the workplace. In Bremen, the emphasis is on phone-based user support and ticket management at 1st level.

Responsibilities

• Hamburg (Onsite/Field Service):

  • Set up and replace notebooks

  • Support Apple devices, mobile phones, and presentation technology

  • Assist with rollouts

  • Patch network sockets

  • Configure VLAN settings

  • Perform troubleshooting and error analysis directly at the workstation

  • Provide onsite support for end users

• Bremen (IT Service Desk / Helpdesk):

  • Receive incidents by phone

  • Create and qualify tickets

  • Support users in day-to-day operations

  • Handle password resets

  • Perform standard troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Escalate to specialist teams when needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in IT support/helpdesk or onsite end-user support

• Ability to work directly with end users onsite (Hamburg) and resolve technical issues at the workplace

• Strong fundamentals in workplace hardware and infrastructure support

• Experience supporting Apple devices and mobile phones

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve standard IT issues

• Familiarity with incident/ticket intake, qualification, and routing to other teams
