Description

You will deliver first-level IT support and help colleagues with Windows, Microsoft 365 and Teams, laptops, mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), printers, iManage, and other systems.

You will identify patterns behind recurring problems, help prevent incidents before they become tickets, and ensure new colleagues have a working workstation on day one.

You will also manage device changes, offboardings, and user administration, and contribute to IT projects with your own ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, laptops, iPhones/iPads, printers, iManage and other systems

• Recognize recurring issue patterns and develop sustainable solutions with the team

• Prevent disruptions before they turn into tickets

• Ensure new colleagues have a functioning workstation from day one

• Handle device changes, offboardings, and user administration reliably

• Support IT projects and bring in your own ideas

Requirements

• IT-related training or experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a comparable role

• Ideally knowledge of how a law firm or professional services organization works, including typical tools and workflows

• Ability to explain technical topics clearly

• Patience and calm approach when handling recurring issues

• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile endpoints, and ticketing systems

• Very good German language skills (spoken and written)

• Pragmatic working style, initiative, and hands-on willingness to help
