Description

Facilitate Scrum practices for one or more Agile teams within an international banking environment. You will act as a servant leader, coach Agile values and continuous improvement, remove delivery impediments, and support Product Owners with backlog refinement. The organization runs Scrum today and is progressively evolving toward Agile at Scale (SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader for one or more Scrum teams

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective

• Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum principles, and continuous improvement

• Identify, track, and help remove delivery impediments

• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization

• Promote transparency through Agile metrics and reporting dashboards

• Collaborate with IT, solution teams, and business stakeholders

• Support project delivery and coordination activities when required

• Ensure alignment with organizational standards and Agile tooling

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within Agile environments

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with Jira

• Ability to work within structured, delivery-focused IT organizations

• English level C1 or above
