Description

As Head of Product, you will shape the product organization connecting customer perspective, technology, and business into one system where digital and physical product reinforce each other’s value. You will define how product decisions translate into business outcomes such as conversion, revenue, and margin, while driving an AI-empowered, domain-based transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Managers and build a culture of product ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just output

• Co-create product strategy with the CPTO and Chief Ecommerce & Marketing Officer; own roadmap and prioritization across all three domains aligned to CVR, CLTV, revenue, and time-to-market goals

• Bring an AI-first mindset to daily product work and drive AI adoption in customer-facing products (configurators, shopping assistants, recommendations) with Tech and Data

• Establish shared standards for roadmapping, documentation, KPIs, and hypothesis validation to raise product management maturity

• Mentor and develop Product Managers into systems-minded, commercially driven product leaders

• Own product contribution to core business metrics (CVR, CLTV/Revenue/Margin, Time to Market) and experience KPIs with Heads of Technology, Brand, and Digital Experience

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, including at least a few years as Head of Product, Product Director, or Group Product Manager

• Track record across product-led Ecommerce and technology platforms or configuration/3D/personalization systems

• Experience across physical and digital products (ideally direct-to-consumer, technology, or design-driven)

• Proven success leading transformation toward data-driven product development

• Strong understanding of customer journey, CRO, and Ecommerce performance

• Fluency in discovery methods, A/B testing, metrics, and data instrumentation

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex decisions into a shared language for business and technology

• Fluent Polish and good command of English
