ServiceNow HRSD Developer (remote)

Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD for a global ServiceNow platform in the automotive sector. Build and evolve HR Services, HR Cases, and Employee Center, including HR process design and automation using Flow Designer. Implement integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and support deployments, testing, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD
• Create and improve HR Services, HR Cases, and Employee Center
• Design and implement HR processes and automation
• Build solutions using Flow Designer
• Write and maintain JavaScript components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
• Configure UI Policies
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Manage ACL and data security/access controls for HR data
• Prepare and run tests and participate in deployment
• Analyze and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with Product Owners, HR, Solution Architects, and other engineering teams
• Contribute to standards and best practices for ServiceNow platform development

Requirements

• Several years of very strong ServiceNow platform development experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD
• Experience designing complex solutions (not only configuration)
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of security mechanisms and access control
• Ability to lead the technical solution from requirements analysis to implementation
• Experience working with architects, business, and international teams
