Description

You will develop, customize, and improve the ServiceNow platform to optimize process flows and deliver scalable solutions in complex enterprise environments. The role includes building platform components, configuring and administering ServiceNow, and creating integrations with third-party systems and other ServiceNow instances. You will collaborate on requirements analysis, solution design, technical reviews, testing, and deployment within a Scrum process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages, Flows, Workflows, portals, widgets, dashboards)
• Configure and administer ServiceNow (security, data management, upgrades, skipped record reviews)
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services and APIs
• Support requirements analysis, solution design, technical reviews, testing, deployment, and Scrum meetings
• Identify automation and platform improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and maintaining technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Organized and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications are an asset
• Fluency in Polish and English required
• Residing in Poland required
