Description

You will work as a strategic advisor on ServiceNow implementation projects with an emphasis on HRSD and Employee Workflows. The role includes analyzing and redesigning business processes, promoting configuration over customization, and translating business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will also build and prioritize a transparent product backlog based on business value and ROI, collaborating with HR and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor for ServiceNow deployments, especially HRSD and Employee Workflows

• Collaborate with HR leaders, process owners, and stakeholders to refine business processes and identify inefficiencies

• Analyze and redesign business processes to align with company strategy and optimize them for ServiceNow

• Promote configuration-first solutions and document any non-standard approaches

• Convert business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Create, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog based on business value and ROI

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are effective and aligned with business goals

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience

• Documented experience in at least two full ServiceNow HRSD implementation cycles (case management, knowledge management, employee service center)

• Practical experience designing and implementing complex employee workflows

• Fluent Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience as Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst, or Product Owner

• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and to analyze/redesign processes

• Optional: experience with ServiceNow Life Cycle Events

• English level B2 or C1 for smooth communication in an international environment

• Availability ASAP; acceptable notice up to one month with effect at the end of the month
