Description

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that leverage AI, including custom integrations with LLM-based AI services. Build robust integration frameworks connecting ServiceNow with external platforms, collaborating with architects, product owners, and development teams under established development governance. Support the ongoing evolution, health, and reliability of ServiceNow AI capabilities while prioritizing end-to-end requirements and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using standard features and custom integrations with LLM-based AI services
• Develop integration frameworks to connect ServiceNow with external platforms and tools
• Work with architects, product owners, and development teams to follow best practices and governance
• Contribute to technical documentation, development standards, and team knowledge sharing
• Ensure strong focus on data quality and mitigate risks of poor data when implementing AI solutions
• Support continuous evolution, health, and reliability of ServiceNow’s AI capabilities
• Gather and prioritize business requirements with an end-to-end product mindset

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT industry experience, including software development and solution integration
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with scoped applications, update set lifecycle, REST/Table API, GlideRecord, and encoded queries
• Proficiency in JavaScript; ability to write, review, and optimize code in an IDE-based structured environment
• Experience using AI-powered coding assistants and/or LLM-based development tools for code generation, review, and documentation
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns (API design, prompt management, responsible AI guardrails); Now Assist is a plus
• Experience working within enforced development governance (coding standards, mandatory peer review, structured documentation)
• Strong technical writing skills for specifications and structured instructions
• Ability to stay current with advancements in AI and ServiceNow
• Strong background in IT processes within large organizations
• Practical experience with SAFe and ITIL daily workflows (story linking, deployment documentation, promotion through environments)
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication plus presentation skills
• High cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams across time zones
• Nice to have: Git and collaborative development workflows
