Description

You will design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / GRC solutions. The work includes building automations to improve risk management and compliance workflows, configuring scoped applications, and supporting users after go-live with troubleshooting and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions for IRM/GRC

• Create automations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies

• Configure scoped applications and core ServiceNow platform capabilities according to best practices and governance standards

• Work with business stakeholders to convert requirements into user stories and technical solutions

• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and implement improvements based on user feedback

• Create and maintain technical documentation (e.g., update sets management, build notes)

• Support the monitoring and maintenance of ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems

Requirements

• Practical experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC (e.g., Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management)

• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow core development and configuration: JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs

• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and clear communication of technical concepts

• English proficiency level B2 or C1

• Available ASAP (preferred); maximum notice period of 1 month with effect at month-end
