Description

Senior Financial Controller / Institute Controller role focused on steering the institute’s finances for quantum technologies. You will plan, monitor, and control finances for both the institute as a whole and for individual departments and their projects, including regular reporting.

Responsibilities

• Control the institute’s finances for quantum technologies

• Plan, monitor, and steer institute finances: medium-term result planning, overhead and major asset planning, and medium-term investment planning

• Support departmental and project finances: personnel deployment planning, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and cost calculation for project proposals

• Teamwork and the ability to understand complex topics and independently work through them when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in controlling

• Completed university degree with long-standing controlling expertise (institution/facility and project controlling)

• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Good SAP knowledge

• Fluent German and English in speech and writing
