Description

Develop modern full stack web applications that support pricing and quotation of logistics services for global customers. You will build backend services and REST APIs in Java, and develop responsive frontend interfaces with Angular and TypeScript. The role also includes code reviews, collaboration with product and design partners, and using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining responsibility for the code you deliver.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Java (backend) and Angular with TypeScript (frontend).
• Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs to enable seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
• Develop backend services and business logic using Java and established software engineering best practices.
• Build reusable Angular components and apply RxJS, dependency injection, and lifecycle hooks.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code that supports scalable software architecture.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools for productivity, code generation/refactoring, and software quality while maintaining ownership of delivered code.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Java-based backend development and Angular frontend development.
• Solid experience with Java and backend application development.
• Good knowledge of Angular and TypeScript, including component-based application development.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of clean code principles, common design patterns, and maintainable software architecture.
• Familiarity with testing practices and tools for ensuring software quality.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Interest in AI-assisted software development and willingness to explore how AI tools can improve engineering workflows.
• Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills.
