Description

Develop and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow. Expand lead and customer processes, sales opportunities, forecasting, and sales pipeline management, and build integrations with external systems via APIs and middleware. Ensure data flow consistency, security, performance, and proper handling of integration errors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow

• Enhance processes for leads, customers, sales opportunities, forecasting, and the sales pipeline

• Design, implement, and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware

• Ensure data flow consistency, security, and performance; handle integration errors

• Prepare unit tests, support deployments, and collaborate with business and IT teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud in an enterprise environment

• Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce APIs

• Sales Cloud functional knowledge: lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and sales process automation

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems

• Knowledge of the Salesforce data model and security mechanisms: sharing rules, profiles, permission sets

• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and design technical solutions

• Agile experience and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders

• English level at least B2
