Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and support integrations across multiple systems. The role emphasizes Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM capabilities, translating business needs into scalable technical implementations. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams and participate in Agile delivery, code reviews, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce functionality for CRM business needs

• Implement enhancements in Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM areas

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations

• Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows across connected platforms

• Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to clarify requirements and scope

• Troubleshoot issues, support defect resolution, and improve system stability

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies

• Document technical solutions and support knowledge sharing

• Use AI-based tools where relevant to improve development efficiency and documentation

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM development

• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Service Cloud

• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and participation in project ceremonies

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher
