Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join an international team delivering enhancements to a global Salesforce platform. You will improve and extend an existing Sales Cloud solution supporting complex sales processes across multiple regions. You will design, develop, and implement new features while maintaining high code quality, system stability, and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Customize and extend Sales Cloud functionality to meet evolving business requirements
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and technical troubleshooting
• Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and international development teams
• Contribute to development best practices, version control, and release processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years working with Salesforce
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex)
• Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows
• Strong hands-on experience with SOQL
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform (data model, security model, custom development)
• Practical experience with Sales Cloud
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of Git-based version control (GitHub preferred)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (plus)
• Salesforce certification such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
