Serve as a subject-matter expert for architecture, code best practices, data modeling, integrations, testing, and performance optimization, while mentoring and line-managing junior developers. Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer engagement, loyalty, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and customization of complex Salesforce solutions for CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, and Agentforce

• Build using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies

• Create and execute test plans; perform unit and integration testing

• Support user acceptance testing to validate solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria

• Architect scalable, maintainable, and flexible Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and future requirements

• Ensure optimal integration with enterprise architecture

• Participate in Agile sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using root-cause analysis and expert-level solutions

• Design robust integration patterns between Salesforce clouds and external systems (data consistency, security, performance)

• Lead data model, sharing model, permission structures, and governance practices

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance and scalability

• Collaborate with architects to define and implement technical strategies

• Guide engineering teams through complex coding and architectural decisions

• Mentor and line-manage junior developers; support growth, engagement, and career development

• Promote best practices in coding, configuration, and continuous integration/delivery

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and advocate adoption of new tools/technologies
