Description

Join a global team delivering and enhancing Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions for a large-scale enterprise. You will drive end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions across Field Service and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and enhance Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support Field Service Cloud projects covering scheduling, mobile workforce, and service operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations with enterprise systems.

• Provide technical support via code reviews, documentation, and development standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integrations.

• Knowledge of Field Service architecture, scheduling optimization, and mobile solutions.

• Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps/version control tools.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
