Description

The Salesforce Developer designs, develops, and maintains scalable CRM solutions to support global sales operations. You will work with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and enterprise IT teams to translate requirements into Salesforce capabilities, with a focus on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, integrations, and continuous platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce implementations using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow

• Configure and extend Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud capabilities (lead, account/contact, opportunity management, forecasting, and sales process automation)

• Design and optimize sales workflows (lead conversion, opportunity tracking, approval processes, pipeline management)

• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automations

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver implementations aligned with Salesforce architecture and best practices

• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and internal/third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and External Objects

• Collaborate with enterprise IT teams and middleware providers to ensure reliable, secure, and performant data synchronization

• Participate in technical design reviews, system testing, release management, and deployments; perform unit testing and support automated deployment processes

• Provide technical guidance to Sales, Commercial Excellence, Operations, Product Owners, and IT stakeholders

• Troubleshoot technical issues, implement fixes, and support continuous improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in an enterprise environment, including delivery or support of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions

• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce APIs

• Solid understanding of Sales or Service Cloud capabilities (lead and opportunity management, forecasting, process automation)

• Proven experience developing, maintaining, or troubleshooting Salesforce integrations with external systems

• Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security architecture (sharing rules, profiles, permission sets)

• Ability to independently analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver implementations aligned with best practices

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; experience working in Agile teams with business and technical stakeholders

• Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Administrator)

• Preferred: enterprise-scale Salesforce experience across multiple countries/business units; middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi); REST/SOAP APIs; event-driven integration patterns; CI/CD and DevOps; integrations with ERP/finance/marketing/analytics platforms
