Description

You will own the Microsoft 365 roadmap and manage governance for a scalable and secure digital workplace. The role includes designing Microsoft 365 governance rules (lifecycle management, naming, provisioning, access governance, and external user management), standardizing core services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID), and driving adoption through usage monitoring and KPI analysis. You will also optimize Microsoft 365 and Power Platform licensing costs and automate administrative/governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft 365 roadmap and platform development based on business needs
• Design and evolve governance policies, including lifecycle management, naming conventions, provisioning, access governance, and external user management
• Oversee configuration and standardization of Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID
• Manage Microsoft 365 adoption; monitor usage and define/analyze KPIs
• Optimize utilization and licensing costs for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
• Automate administrative and governance processes using PowerShell, Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Azure Automation
• Support Power Platform governance (environment strategy, DLP policies, lifecycle management)
• Collaborate with business, IT, local teams, and management to develop and use Microsoft 365
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure governance-compliant solutions
• Support security, compliance, audits, and identity/access management processes

Requirements

• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID
• Experience designing and implementing governance for Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of lifecycle management, policies, workflows, and compliance mechanisms
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts
• Automation experience with PowerShell and/or Power Platform
• Experience working across business and IT and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience leading governance initiatives and collaboration environment transformation
• Ability to connect strategic perspective with hands-on configuration and platform management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good English proficiency
