Description

Lead the vision and roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot across a national retail organization. Own tenant readiness, information governance, and security/identity considerations, while building organizational capability and driving measurable business value from corporate to frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment roadmap

• Lead enterprise tenant administration for Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive

• Oversee information governance: sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and permissions models

• Manage security and identity: Conditional Access, access reviews, and oversharing audits

• Build and configure custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents in Copilot Studio

• Integrate Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and dataflows

• Establish content architecture standards (taxonomy, metadata, content lifecycle management)

• Drive frontline engagement using Viva Learning, Viva Connections, and Viva Engage

• Develop adoption and measurement frameworks using Copilot Dashboard, Viva Insights, and ROI scoring

• Maintain fluency in Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap developments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture at enterprise scale (Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)

• Understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index for Copilot grounding and data flows

• Expertise in Microsoft Purview information governance (sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, permissions)

• Knowledge of Entra ID security practices (Conditional Access, access reviews, oversharing audits, Zero Trust)

• Proficiency in Copilot Studio for custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents

• Skills in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, dataflows)

• Background in SharePoint and content architecture (taxonomy, metadata, content lifecycle management)

• Familiarity with Viva Suite (Viva Learning, Viva Connections, Viva Engage) for frontline engagement

• Experience creating adoption and measurement frameworks (Copilot Dashboard, Viva Insights, adoption scoring, ROI)

• Qualifications in M365 Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap literacy (Ignite/Build awareness)

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
