Description

Lead the vision, readiness, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across a national retail organization. Define the Copilot roadmap, ensure data and governance readiness, build organizational capability, and drive measurable business value—bridging corporate teams and frontline workers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment
• Lead tenant administration and enterprise-scale configuration of Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Oversee information governance: sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and permissions models
• Manage security and identity: Conditional Access, access reviews, oversharing audits
• Build and configure custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents in Copilot Studio
• Integrate Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and relevant dataflows
• Set content architecture standards: taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management
• Drive frontline engagement using Viva Learning, Viva Connections, and Viva Engage
• Develop adoption and measurement frameworks using Copilot Dashboard, Viva Insights, and ROI scoring models
• Stay fluent in Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap updates

Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 architecture experience at enterprise scale (tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index, including Copilot grounding and data flow
• Expertise with Microsoft Purview information governance (sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, permissions)
• Experience with Entra ID security practices (Conditional Access, access reviews, oversharing audits, Zero Trust)
• Proficiency in Copilot Studio for building custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents
• Power Platform skills (Power Automate, Power Apps, dataflows)
• SharePoint and content architecture background (taxonomy, metadata, content lifecycle management)
• Familiarity with Viva Suite (Viva Learning, Viva Connections, Viva Engage) for frontline engagement
• Ability to create adoption and measurement frameworks (Copilot Dashboard, Viva Insights, ROI/adoption scoring)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap literacy (e.g., Ignite/Build)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
